Delete your Vaelo account

Vaelo is a product of AERIALCONNECT LTD (registered in England & Wales, No. 16809439).

How to delete your account

In the app:

1. Open Vaelo and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is closed and deletion of your data begins immediately.

Without the app: email support@vaelo.life from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, your goals, tasks, routines and reflections, your coaching conversations, and your community posts, comments and replies. We delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period.

What may be kept

• Information we are required to retain to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
• Where content was removed through moderation, limited records where necessary for safety or to comply with the law.
• Payment records held by Apple or Google, and subscription records held by RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
