Health information sources
Last updated: 7 November 2026
When Vaelo's AI coach gives health, fitness, nutrition, sleep, mental-wellbeing, pain, injury or workplace-safety information, it bases that information on the trusted public-health sources below, and lists the most relevant ones at the end of its reply. It uses World Health Organization sources for everyone, and adds national sources for users in the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe.
Vaelo is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. In addition to using this app, always seek your doctor's or a qualified health professional's advice before making any medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
